Terri is a native Austinite and has been with the team longer than any other team member, joining Dr. Worob in 1989. "I feel truly blessed to be a part of this practice for the many years that I have and getting to know our patients. 12 Oaks' passion for health and dentistry is reflected throughout the office and in the care we provide for our patients. My role as practice administrator is to ensure that our office always provides quality care and excellent customer service to you, our patient.".
Terri married her high school sweetheart, Ronald, and together they raised their amazing son, Ryan. They are blessed to have him and his family here locally. Terri absolutely loves being a grandma to her 3 grandchildren, soaking up all the laughs, fun, and sweet memories! They keep her on her toes! She is a dog lover who enjoys attending sporting events, curling up with a good mystery, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Carrie joined 12 Oaks Dental in July 2016. She has been in the dental field since 2005. Her tremendous knowledge of all things dental is an ideal fit with our team. You will feel welcomed by her warm smile and spunky attitude.

Carrie is the proud mother of two amazing kiddos. Aubrey is an ER nurse, and Colton is a busy high school student who keeps his mom busy as chauffeur, chef, and problem solver extraordinaire. She enjoys cooking and baking yummy gluten-free meals and treats, traveling, and supporting her children's various activities. For those indulging times, Carrie likes shopping, exploring all the fun things Austin has to offer, and DIY projects around her home.
Rebecca graduated from The Center for Dental Professionals in 2008 and entered the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant. Although she loves working closely with patients chairside, she came to love the administrative aspects of dentistry too. She will more than likely be the friendly face you will see upon your arrival.

When not working, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying different cardio classes, and anything crafty. You will also find her cheering on her 4 nephews at the baseball fields, almost year round. Although she doesn't have human kids of her own, she shares two hilarious pugs with her boyfriend Michael. Sammy and Ginger keep them very entertained!
Jarica, originally from Olney, TX, began her career in oral surgery in Lubbock under the mentorship of Dr. Ronald G. Smith. After five years of invaluable experience, she relocated to Austin in 2000 to continue her passion for oral surgery. Jarica also expanded her expertise by spending seven years in dental imaging before joining our team as a scheduling coordinator in July 2024.
Outside of work, Jarica enjoys spending quality time with her son, Farryn. She is also an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, dining out with friends, and exploring local farmers markets.
Jarica finds great fulfillment in helping patients achieve and maintain beautiful, happy smiles.
Brandi graduated from Allied Health Careers and began her dental career in Austin, TX in 1992. She has been cross-trained in all areas of the dental office. After many years on the business side, she returned to assisting chairside in 1997. Brandi enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and making sure they understand their treatment needs. She truly cares for her patients and their comfort. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and getting to know them on a personal level.
Outside of the office she enjoys traveling with her husband, Frankie. She also loves spending time with her two sons, their wives, and 2 grandchildren Wesley and Ellie. When she has extra time she loves gardening, DIY projects, and refinishing/building furniture.
Gentry or Gen was born in Plano, TX but grew up in Cedar Park. She began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2013 and joined the 12 Oaks Dental team in October 2021. If you are new to our practice, you may recognize her as the person that is with you from the beginning to the end of your first visit. Her warm smile and genuine personality help our patients feel comfortable and cared for. She shows them that the dentist can be fun!
Outside of the office, she is a full-time baseball and gymnastics Mom to Braxton and Gracie. In a rare kid-free moment she loves the outdoors and you will find her hiking, listening to music, and working out (Yes, even in the Texas heat!). One of her favorite quotes is "Don't stop if you're tired, stop when you are done."
Amanda Ybarra is a licensed dental hygienist with a mission of examining and treating patients for optimal oral and whole body health. She has performed preventative and oral healthcare for over thirty years. She values integrity and respect as shared values helping her build confidence and trust with her patients.
Amanda is a native Texan and graduated from Howard College in Big Spring, Texas – her hometown!
In her off-hours, Amanda enjoys traveling and visiting new places, camping, and hiking with her spouse and two dogs. Amanda has a goal of visiting and exploring all eighty-nine Texas State Parks and historic sites.
Tommy the Tooth, the official mascot of 12 Oaks Dental, has been a member of our team since 1990.
He loves greeting each patient with a smile as they come through our door and is a fun morale booster for our team members. Tommy definitely has the travel bug! Some of his favorite trips were to Hawaii, Portland, Colorado, the Texas Coast and even Lubbock Texas. When he does stay around town, Tommy likes to dress his best and attend local events like Pecan Street Festival, Austin Rodeo, Longhorn and high school sporting events and even R.O.T. Rally.

Sharon is a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist with over nine years of experience helping patients maintain healthy smiles. Known for her gentle touch and calming approach, she focuses on preventive care and patient education, taking time to clearly explain treatments so patients feel comfortable and informed. Her clinical expertise includes periodontal therapy, advanced instrumentation, digital imaging, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide administration.
With experience in both general and specialty practices, including periodontics and implant care, Sharon provides personalized, comprehensive care and values building long-term relationships with her patients. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, biking, and paddleboarding, and loves spending time with family and friends. A proud parent of two, Sharon brings the same warmth and dedication to her work that she does to her family life.
With a passion for preventative oral health and a commitment to patient comfort, Cassandra has been a dedicated dental hygienist for over 15 years. Originally from up state NY, Cassandra relocated to the Austin area in 2024. She believes that a positive and trusting relationship is key to excellent dental care and has focused her career on comprehensive care and educating patients on maintaining a healthy smile for life.
When out of the office, Cassandra enjoys health and fitness, as well as exploring all that Austin has to offer.

Lacey is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 29 years of experience in the dental field, including 25 years as an RDH. A familiar and welcoming face, she has worked at 12 Oaks Dental, off and on, for the last 20 years. She is grateful to be back caring for patients alongside an inspiring team.
Known for her calming presence, Lacey takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable in even the most uncomfortable situations while empowering them toward greater overall well-being. She brings a unique perspective to patient care as a certified meditation teacher and former mindfulness educator in schools for seven years.
Outside the office, Lacey enjoys photography, travel, and volunteering as well as spending time with family and friends. Sharing these moments with her two children and husband is her greatest joy.
Marissa joined 12 Oaks Dental in 2025 after graduating from Austin Dental Assistant School and completing her externship with our team. Originally from Big Spring, Texas, she moved to Austin in 2012 and has loved building both her career and community here. Marissa enjoys getting to know her patients and takes pride in helping them feel comfortable while creating healthy, beautiful smiles.
Outside the office, Marissa loves spending time with her husband, David, and her son, Christian. She enjoys traveling, cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events, attending concerts, and baking and cooking with her family.
